Assumption of Risk & Release

1. By participating in and/or registering for "ONYX x LES MILLS: Bring it ON" ("Event"), you waive and release GO24 Limited (“Organiser”) and their respective officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors and services providers from any and all liabilities arising out of any loss, damage or injury incurred or suffered by you at any time in relation or incidental to the access or use of services provided by the Organiser at the Event.

2. You understand that your participation in the Event is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand that the risk of injury from participating in the Event is significant, including the potential for death, permanent injury, dismemberment, or permanent disability. You understand that the Event is unsupervised and you assume all risks associated with registering for and/or participating in the Event, both known and unknown, and have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Organiser's Terms & Conditions (on its website and subject to change from time to time). In case of any conflict between the Organiser's Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions herein, the former shall prevail.

3. Any person who is pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not participate in the Event. All participants are urged to seek medical advice on their physical condition before participating in the Event. If you feel unwell, you are advised to cease participating in the Event.

4. The Organiser reserves the right to disallow/disqualify any person who is known to have the above condition. The Organiser, at their sole discretion, also has the right to suspend any participant who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the Event. By submitting their application to take part in the Event, and subsequently taking part in the event, a participant a) Warrants and confirms to the Organiser that they are physically fit to participate in and complete the Event without any medical or other assistance; and b) Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from i) Any injury or death suffered by the participant himself/herself or any other persons; and ii) Any damage to property as a result of him/her not being physically fit to participate in and complete the race.

5. The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse any entry to participate for any inappropriate behavior.

6. Please check the weather forecast from the Hong Kong Observatory prior to the Event. If weather conditions deteriorate during the course of the Event, you are advised to cease participation and seek appropriate shelter.

7. The Participant shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event rules, programme and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

8. The Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on the qualifications of all participants, modify other arrangements of the Event rules and interpret the above rules as appropriate.

9. The Organiser reserves the right to use any images taken during the Event and/or images submitted by Participants for advertising purposes.

Force Majeure

1. A Force Majeure Event refers to any circumstance not within the Organiser’s reasonable control including, but not limited to a) Acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, including without limitation the Hong Kong Observatory’s issuance of a typhoon signal no. 8 or above, “thunderstorm warning”, and “black rainstorm warning”; b) Epidemic or pandemic; c) Terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict; d) Imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; e) Nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom; f) Any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary license or consent; g) Collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; and h) Any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts.

2. If the Organiser is prevented, hindered or delayed in or from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by a Force Majeure Event (Affected Party), the Affected Party will not be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any such failure or delay in the performance of such obligations. The time for performance of such obligations will be extended accordingly. No refunds will be issued.

Personal Information Collection Statement

1. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photos, videos and event records of relevant events for any legal purposes, including event promotion and use on the Organiser’s and its affiliates’ social media platforms and websites.

2. The Organiser shall abide by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the laws of Hong Kong. The information you provided (including name, telephone number, email address etc.) will be used by the Organiser to promote its products and events, including (but not limited to) merchandise, promotional activities, etc. If you do not wish your personal information to be used for promotional purposes, please email enquiries@go24.fitness.

3. The Organiser will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission, unless compelled to do so by any judicial request, requirement or court order.
