· 14:00 Mindful Tea Ceremony & Ice-Breaking

· 14:30 Gentle Yoga Stretch - Open up your body and arrive fully in the space.

· 16:00 HIIT Energy Boost Circuit - Get your heart pumping and invigorate your body.

· 17:30 Vegan Cooking Workshop - Learn to create delicious, nourishing plant-based food.

· 19:00 Mindful Dinner & Sharing - Enjoy a wholesome meal under the stars and connect with fellow participants.

· 20:15 Pranayama (Breathwork) & Five Senses Meditation - Calm your nervous system and anchor yourself in the present moment.

· 21:00 Sound Bath Healing - Let the immersive sounds wash over you, releasing stress and facilitating deep meditation.

· 22:00 Sweet Treats & Social Time

26 October ( Sunday ):

· 07:30 Yi Jin Jing (Muscle/Tendon Change Classic) - A gentle yet powerful ancient practice to awaken your energy.

· 08:45 Coffee & Light Breakfast

· 10:00 Morning Flow Yoga - Greet the day with a vibrant and uplifting practice.

· 11:15 Core Strengthening Session - Build stability and strength from your center.

· 12:30 Vegan Brunch Feast

· 14:00 Mindfulness Sharing Circle - Reflect on your experiences and insights.

· 15:00 Sound Bath Healing - A final deep, meditative session to integrate the weekend's healing.

· 16:00 Closing Circle & Manifestation Workshop - Set intentions for your life ahead.

· 17:00 Farewell & Departure - Return home feeling refreshed and renewed.
