Off Menu is a three-day food festival that brings together Asia&#x27;s top mixologists and a collective total of 8 Michelin-starred restaurant chefs to create a unique dining experience.Using local Hong Kong ingredients, 6 local chefs from Hong Kong and 6 international chefs will pair up to create original, off menu dishes that are not available at their respective establishments.At Off Menu, guests can savour 12 one-of-a-kind dishes created especially for the event, as well as canapes by a line-up of up-and-coming young chefs and bespoke cocktails from award-winning mixologists. This will not require advance registration but will be on a first come first served basis.
