Numerology: Guide to Finding your Life Purpose
During this 12-hour, two-day course, participants will learn the foundations of of Yoga Numerology. They will learn the 11 Kundalini yoga energy bodies and how they relate to the numbers. Participants will explore their own birthdate chart and learn the meaning of chart positions and how they change over time. They will learn how the Numbers Lab System tells the story of their life and they will learn how to apply specific practices to overcome challenges and support their life purpose. For example in yoga you can use Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. We will also start to explore who the Numbers can help us create meaningful relationships, find a career path, discover health, and understand trends in our future.
 
Agenda
Day 1 (6hrs) - Intro To The Numbers Lab System – Overcoming Challenges
• Learn the 11 Kundalini Yoga Energy Bodies and their meaning
• Introduction to the 9 chart positions in the Numbers system
• Learn how to calculate the three Central Positions – Challenge, Foundation, and Soul
• Learn how to calculate your Purpose number and purpose path
• Discover how the numbers provide you with tools to overcome life challenges
 
Day 2 (6hrs) – Numbers Lab - Finding Purpose
• Learn the deeper significance of the 9 chart positions
• Learn how the numbers interact in the 9 chart positions
• Learn how to apply the Numbers to specific actions. For example in yoga how the numbers relate to Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation to support your life purpose
• Learn how to use your life challenges as fuel for a life of purpose
