About this event
An experience with Jim Lin (@jimlin024) - Head Barista from ONA Sydney (@ona.sydney) presenting the research behind the Paragon Brewing System and brewing a selection of ONA Coffee’s roasted on the upcoming Nucleus Link Roaster.
The Paragon Brewing System is a new innovation presented by the founder of ONA and the 2015 World Coffee Champion - Sasa Sestic in the Australian Brewers Cup Championship last year. The system use the Extract Chilling technology with the frozen metal rock for capturing more aromatic compounds with a unique brewing technique.
