Over the next two weeks, we invite you to discover the first of two new and unique NFT projects hosted at the Q9 Crypto Hub and exclusive to the Hub.

Part 1: 'Sala Samnak - NFT Charity Sales for Sa Sa Art Projects' | 24th January – 4th February, 2022

Created by multi-disciplinary Cambodian artist Vuth Lyno in collaboration with fellow artists Alina Nazeemeva and Kong Siden & Prak Dalin, the exhibition ‘Sala Samnak – NFT Charity Sales for Sa Sa Art Projects’ is inspired by its namesake. The sala samnak is a Cambodian communal rest hall whose origin pre-dates the Angkor period. Visitors use the sala samnak as a place of rest and gathering for ritual ceremonies and communal events.

In the current presentation of AR and video NFTs, the shiny building structures emanate fluorescent light and appear to be floating in mid-air. As Instagram filters, the glowing neon lights from the sala samnak render a digital quality that reflects our technologically-driven world. Prolonging the viewer’s gaze, these works are engaging, relatable, and resonant

The sales of NFTs from this exhibition benefit the Sa Sa Art Projects. Founded in 2010, the charitable project addresses Cambodia's lack of infrastructure for contemporary art education and engagement.

We offer different options for the public to attend the exhibition:

Private tours:

• Each tour will be capped at 5 people max and last approximately 30 minutes
• Time: Every week day (excluding public holidays) between 4:30 and 6:30PM

By appointment:

• Let us know in advance who you would like to come with and we will reserve the Hub for you, perfect for small groups of friends
• Time: Every weekday (excluding public holidays) from 11:00 am to 4:30PM
