About this event

Welcome to the 2025 Community Business Network Conference in Hong Kong!

Sustaining Progress: Building Human-Centred Workplaces

Join us for a dynamic one-day event in Hong Kong, bringing together over 60 leaders, practitioners, and advocates from business, academia, civil society, and grassroots organisations. This conference offers a unique opportunity for rich dialogue, practical learning, and meaningful connection.

As the world of work continues to evolve, so too must our approach to workplace culture. Now more than ever, there is a pressing need for human-centred strategies—where inclusion drives innovation, wellbeing supports productivity, and a genuine sense of belonging empowers individuals to thrive.

Through engaging sessions and diverse perspectives, the conference will explore how we can collectively shape the future of work by putting people at the heart of organisational progress.

About the Community Business Network

The Community Business Network, an initiative of Community Business launched in 2008, is a unique network of leading organisations committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in Asia. Members work together to understand diversity and inclusion issues pertinent to the region, share and develop best practices and impact positive change.

With meetings, events and projects facilitated by Community Business, DE&I and HR professionals meet regularly to network, learn, and share best practices – and ultimately, to drive positive change in their organisations. Through CB Network, individuals establish a strong network of relationships and deepen their understanding of diversity and inclusion in the Asia region - enabling them not only to perform better in their roles as diversity practitioners but also to drive their company’s strategy forward.
