Miss Feng Min Chien
Feng-Min Chien is Managing Director and Principal Consultant of FMC Marketing Consultancy, an advisory firm dedicated to providing end-to-end marketing solutions for financial institutions and corporations in the Asia Pacific region. Feng-Min has a broad consumer and institutional financial services marketing experience, with specific emphasis on brand management, product marketing and integrated marketing in the Asia Pacific region, including marketing leadership roles with BNY Mellon, Citi, Standard Chartered, JP Morgan Asset Management, and Fidelity Investments. Feng-Min holds an MBA degree from Drexel University, USA. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from Project Management Institute and a Founding Member of Marketing Society Asia.
Miss Isabelle Mustapic
Isabelle Mustapic is Vice President at Deutsche Bank, Hong Kong and just recently joined Transaction Management Group in the bank’s Corporate Trust business. Born in Croatia Isabelle originally started her career at Abn Amro Bank, Switzerland where she completed a three-year banking apprenticeship before starting in the Cash Management Corporate arm at the same firm in Zurich.
At Deutsche Bank London Isabelle joined the Institutional Cash Management business before moving into Pricing Strategy and subsequently took on a role in Strategic Execution for Corporate Trust in the bank’s Hong Kong office.
She holds a diploma of higher education from the KV Business School Zurich and a Bachelor’s degree from the SMC University, Switzerland.
Throughout her career, Isabelle has been very active in promoting the diversity agenda helping drive equality and inclusion.

Also, she has experiences with Fortune 500 in multiple industries. With 15 years of progressive experience across a broad range of HR & L&D functions and diverse industry segments. Her specialization covers a wide range across HR Functions, Talent Management, Performance Management, Success Planning, Onboarding, Staffing, Life Coaching & Career Coaching, Learning & Leadership Development.

Nick DeMarinis is a Regional Sales Leader at LinkedIn. He joined LinkedIn 6 years ago from Yahoo and moved from New York to Hong Kong in 2013 to help grow its business in North Asia. He has spent 10 years in the technology industry and currently leads multiple sales teams across Asia within LinkedIn's Talent Solutions division. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University in Tampa, Florida and a Master’s Degree in International Business from St. John's University in Rome, Italy.
