Event description

Description

Have you ever been asked where you see yourself in the next five years? What is your answer???

Did you know you are more likely to perform well if you have a long-term career strategy and are able to find a career that gives you purpose? We all want to grow, make progress and take our career to the next level. We may use different approaches to find answers and make changes to achieve our career goals. The journey of career development is never a straight line, we need to prepare for opportunities or even create one our own.

We have invited four panelists from various backgrounds to share their own career journeys and key success factors. We hope you can get some insights from our panelists, meet some like-minded women, but most of all, we hope you have a great time at the event.

Topics include:

- How to grow within the firm

- Are you ready for a move?

- Identify opportunities

- How to take control to get what you want

There will be a panel discussion followed by a breakout group discussion, which will include panelists and facilitators.
