Herbal teas have been used as natural remedies around for centuries as some of them have health-promoting properties, such as antioxidant, sleep aid, anti-inflammation, and emotional support, etc. The uniqueness of this workshop is blending some beautiful health herbs with a variety of crystals to enhance both herbal infusion and crystal’ properties, the crystal’s powers are ‘energetically’ decocted along with the herbal tea.
