在香港首家雲南菜Bistro【蘑歡雲南小酒館】，奔赴一場雲南菌子的時令之約。
每年六月至九月，雲南進入雨季。海拔兩千米以上的山林裡，肥美的雞縱菌、濃香的乾巴菌、馥郁的黑松露……在濕潤的土壤中陸續破土。從出土到風味巔峰，不過數日。
我們同蘑歡一起，圍繞野生菌設計了限定餐酒菜單，新鮮食材從雲南空運，把雨季林間的短暫鮮味，搬進城市餐桌。
我們精選Chablis, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet等產區的佳釀，搭配這些轉瞬即逝的鮮味，另有包漿豆腐、腾沖大救駕等經典雲南美味。

Join us at The Mushroom, Hong Kong's first Yunnan-themed bistro, for a seasonal wild mushroom dining experience.
From June to September, Yunnan's rainy season awakens the forests above 2,000 metres. Mushrooms emerge from the damp earth — at their peak for only a few days after harvest.
We've crafted an exlusive tasting menu, with fresh ingredients air-freighted daily from Yunnan. The wines are carefully selected from Chablis, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and other renowned regions to complement each course.
