坐落於彩虹邨屋村、今年踏入第62年歷史的金碧酒家,專注於以秘製醬汁和傳統烹煮工藝製作出多種懷舊菜式,不可不吃的手工菜包括豬肺湯、炸蟹鉗等。
隨著彩虹邨將要清拆的消息傳來,金碧一躍成為全城最一枱難求的食肆之一,吃一次少一次。
我們“飲飽食醉”的金碧dinner系列已經試過Golden colored wines, Burgundy village wines同Sake,今次輪到中國酒,這也是MyiCellar Wine Dinner 同 Sake Dinner 首次聯乘!!!
你將試到分別深耕於雲南和甘肅的【香格里拉】同【夏博嵐】,如何將Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling等經典品種詮釋出中國酒自己的風土。

Kam Pik Restaurant x Chinese Wine Discovery
Located in Choi Hung Estate and celebrating its 62nd year, Kam Pik Restaurant specializes in nostalgic dishes using secret sauces and traditional methods. Must-tries include pork lung soup and fried crab claws.
With the impending demolition of Choi Hung Estate, securing a table at Kam Pik is now incredibly difficult, often requiring a six-month wait.
Our Kam Pik dinner series has previously featured Golden‑coloured wines, Burgundy village wines, and sake. This time, it’s all about Chinese wines.
You’ll taste how Shangri‑La (Yunnan) and Summerland (Gansu) interpret classic varieties like Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling with their own Chinese terroir.
Also, Chateau September, a pioneering Ningxia winery, brings trendy fruit wines made with winemaking techniques – perfect companions to the signature dishes that showcase this Kam Pik’s culinary mastery.
And this would be the first time for MyiCellar wine fans and sake fans to be together in one dinner !!!
