PMQ 味道圖書館客席廚師兼音樂家 Erikson Ting 精心準備了大家最愛的甜食與飲品，與大家共度一個充滿風味的聖誕！

在是次的聖誕小派對中，Erikson 會先與大家一起炒焙咖啡豆，完成淺、中、深焙三種咖啡，並以不同焙度調製出特色咖啡 Cocktails 供品嚐！☕他也會與大家一起製作和享受令人難忘的的 Tiramisu。

下星期六，誠邀你前來味道圖書館，在旅行前迎接一個溫馨的聖誕節！🎄

It’s Christmas—time to party! 🎉PMQ Taste Library guest chef and musician Erikson is bringing your favourite dessert and drinks to make this Christmas extra delicious!

At this Christmas Party, Erikson will take you on a mini coffee experience : pan-roasting coffee beans from light to medium to dark all in one go, then shaking updifferent coffee cocktails with each roast. ☕ He will also guide everyone through making and enjoying the much-loved tiramisu.

Come hang out with us next Saturday at PMQ Taste Library and kick off a warm, flavor-filled Christmas before you head off on your holiday travels! 🎄
