About this event

We all recognise the importance of setting and enforcing boundaries. “No”, a word that women are encouraged to say more so than ever, but the question is: how?

“How do I set boundaries for myself?” “What works for me?” “How can I not be afraid to push through my boundaries?"

As professional women living busy lives, we often have multiple roles to play. Applying strong boundaries flexibly whilst adjusting to various situations is an essential skill to acquire for life. Not only we have to internally cultivate a strong core which embraces our true self, we’d also need to vocalise the boundaries externally for others to respect.

In this session, we are honoured to have 3 mentors from the cohort, sharing their experiences and journeys on boundaries settings. We will be exploring practical tips and insights on navigating challenging situations. Our aim is to inspire and encourage implementations of appropriate boundaries both personally and professionally. Hence, we all benefit by living an all-rounded, well-balanced life.
