The Artisanal Cheese Maker Jacopo Bioni will show live how Mozzarella is made.
Mr Jacopo Bioni grew up in a family of cheesemakers and has spent the past 10 years introducing his family’s traditions with parts of Asia that are still discovering the art of cheese: be it making it or, more importantly, eating it.
His company AnticaLuna it’s an intimate introduction of the art and science of the real Italian way of making cheese, by dairy that has been imported directly from dairy farms in Italy and equipment that has been relied on for cheese production for many generations before.
Come and see how mozzarella cheese is produced with a live demonstration and discover the true taste of fresh mozzarella!
