TheDivision of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (DIOP)was established in May 2000 under theHong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS). We are a professional association that promotes the identity, professional status and recognition of industrial-organizational  (I-O) psychologists in Hong Kong.With our  prime focus to further develop members' professional competences in I-O psychology, and to promote the discipline to the public, industry and potential service recipients, DIOP organizes regular events to update all levels of our members, HR practitioners, and the general public the current topics in the field. Join us for an engaging and interactive evening focused on promoting holistic wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. Expert-led seminars will address both mental health and physical wellness, providing practical tips to help you create a happier, healthier work environment. Our Speakers:Building a Happy Workplace:The“Joyful@HealthyWorkplace” Program and the “Mental Health Workplace Charter”Dr. Carol Lo is a senior consultant at the Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Council, with over ten years of experience in the field of occupational safety and health. Her professional experience and research cover various areas, including work stress management, analysis of occupational accidents, promotion of occupational safety and health culture, employee mental health, and assessment of occupational safety and health conditions across different industries. She has contributed to the field by publishing her work in multiple journals and presenting at various conferences. Physiotherapy Workshop:Ms. Stephanie Luk Registered Physiotherapist, a graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, holds a Diploma in Acupuncture from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and a Master of Social Science in Counselling from the University of South Australia. With over two decades of experience, she specialized in complex pain management in outpatient clinics at Prince of Wales Hospital and Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital. Her approach integrated physical treatments with psychological support under a biopsychosocial model. As an educator, she mentored physiotherapy students and conducted workplace safety assessments and training for nursing staff.
