Are you ready to embark on a sensory-filled adventure with your little one? Join us for our captivating sensory play and kids yoga session, brought to you in collaboration with LITTLE and hosted by the talented Jen Cooper and her team.
At Little: Move and Play, we believe in the power of imagination and exploration. Our carefully crafted class is designed to stimulate, challenge, and support your child as they reach important developmental milestones. Through the magic of yoga, sensory play, action songs, and rhymes, we'll create a playful and engaging environment where your child can thrive.

Two parents can accompany one child at the playroom, but only one parent can actively participate in the class while the other observes from the side.
It's best to dress your child in comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, such as leggings or shorts paired with a soft top. Children must wear socks in the playroom. In case you forget, you can purchase a pair at the playroom.
