Can parents accompany their children during the activities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to 2 parents are welcome to accompany and supervise their children throughout the event. However, for the comfort of all participants, we recommend that only 1 parent actively joins the activities while the other parent can still be present to support and observe.

Is the Playroom Pass included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Playroom Pass is included in the ticket price for the Flower Crown Workshop. After the 1 hour workshop, you and your child can enjoy an additional 45 minutes of playtime in the Playroom.

Are tickets refundable if I am unable to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another available session, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Are the materials provided for the flower crown workshop safe for children?

Absolutely! We prioritize the safety of all participants, especially children. The materials provided for the workshop, including the fresh blooms, lush greenery, and rose lemonade, are carefully selected to be child-friendly and safe to handle. Our team will also be available to guide and assist yo

Can we take home the flower crowns we create during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes, certainly! After creating your beautiful flower crowns, you will have the opportunity to take them home as a special memento of the workshop. Additionally, we provide a complimentary Instax photo capturing the occasion, so you can cherish the memories created during the workshop.
