Morning Mindfulness at MANA! (MMM) is a community series to bring awareness, clarity & bliss to your self, your work, and your community.

About this Event

Join us for 30 minutes of Interpersonal Mindfulness with Maggin Lin.

Human connection is a tonic for our body and mind. Building on silent meditation, interpersonal practice will reignite the sense of connection between us all.

About the teacher:

Maggie devotes herself to living and sharing yoga and mindfulness. Yoga came into her life 13 years ago, became the topic of her Anthropology Master thesis and she started teaching in 2015. She completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Foundations Teacher Training, and is inspired by the teachings of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Her experience with eating disorder as a teenager sparked this exploration on well-being and is deeply touched by healing power of the practice.

She is a lululemon ambassador. Her family name Lin (連) means “to connect”, same as the Sanskrit word for yoga, yuj. Practice of yoga and mindfulness guides her to better connect with the body-mind, with others, with the world.
