Morning Mindfulness at MANA! (MMM) is a new community series to bring awareness, clarity & bliss to your self, your work, and your community, in just thirty minutes, with a fresh roster of talent.

Start your morning with 30 minutes of meditation with Corporate Wellness Coach, Viv Kan.

Meditation is scientifically proven to help improve your concentration and lengthen your attention span. This session is aimed to train your mind to focus, control job-related anxiety, and enhance self-awareness.

Viv Kan is a Corporate Wellness Coach and founder of Kan Elevate, a wellness service provider for workplaces that prioritise employee wellness focussed on Sleep, Stress, Mindfulness, and Mental Wellbeing. Previously a Brand Manager for global financial services and FinTech companies for over a decade, she experienced corporate burnout first-hand through prolonged physical and mental exhaustion. Now a certified 500RYT Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Life Coach, and International Mental Health First Aider certified by MHFA, she helps large enterprises through tailored wellness programs to prevent workplace burnout, increase engagement, and improve employee morale and retention.
