Moms Who Code - Mobile Apps Development Workshop (Sheung Wan Campus)
Sat 6 May 2017, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM HKT
What is Moms Who Code?
At First Code, we have a thriving young coders’ community. From Parent-Kid AppJamming workshops we’ve seen many talented and enthusiastic moms who’d love to learn more about coding. Moms Who Code is a workshop to encourage and inspire moms to learn the basics of coding.
Moms Who Code is more than just about learning to code! Together with other moms we'd like to build a strong community which serves as a source of inspiration to others. We learn, create and share!
- Gentle Introduction to App Inventor, a beginner friendly programming language for making mobile apps
- How to program colors
- How Instagram filters work
- Make your first app!
And a whole lot more!
What Do You Need To Bring?
1) A laptop (PC/Mac) with charger
2) A Google account to access and save AppInventor projects
3) A mindset to create and experiment!

The event is open to all. As limited seats are available, please RSVP for all attendees to confirm your admission.
