What is it?

Stress is an inevitable part of our lives. Without properly managing it, it could have an impact affecting our well-being and productivity. This workshop offers practical strategies and tools to effectively reflect and manage everyday stress. Led by experienced facilitators, this interactive workshop empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being, equipping them with invaluable skills to face everyday stress.

Topics include:

  • Basic literacy and awareness on everyday stress
  • Exercises to help manage everyday stress
  • The physiological sigh
  • Third person self-talk
  • Grounding
  • What can you do in the face of longer term stress?

*This course will be taught by Mind HK professional trainers with relevant clinical experience.
