MindHK: Covid-19 Guided Self-help Online Workshop
About this event
In response to the increasing mental health impacts of the 5th wave of the pandemic, Mind HK will be offering an online workshop consisting of 3-sessions, with the aim of equipping individuals with tools and techniques to support them with managing their wellbeing during the pandemic.
During the sessions, we will be walking through the self-help guideline and exercises with you, and so that you can feel better in the toughest time during the pandemic.
If you are feeling stressed, down, or simply want to learn to take care of your mental health at this time, register and join us on this workshop. The workshop is run by clinicians and it is open to all!
