Life moves fast—and the mind moves even faster. So what are our options for finding inner steadiness, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose?
Join us for a one-day course that explores mindfulness not just as a technique, but as an invitation to get curious about the mind itself. Through guided meditation, pointed discussion, and storytelling drawn from Buddhist wisdom, we’ll ask some big questions: What really brings us peace? What gets in the way? And how can we live with more awareness, courage, and perspective amidst the circus of modern life?
The day offers a spacious, grounded approach—valuing direct observation and insight that comes from experience, not just ideas.
You don’t need to be a Buddhist to take part. Just bring your mind (as it is), and a willingness to explore.
