We invite you to start the weekend morning together with the Ashtanga Primary Series. This class will approach Ashtanga practice in a mindful way, stresses on the breathing and Drishti (the focused gaze). Variations to asanas in the primary series will be provided so all levels of yoga practitioners can enjoy the practice. The class will also incorporate pranayama practice to make sure you begin the weekend sharp and bright!

Heidi’s yoga journey started in Melbourne. Facing tremendous stress in her work and personal life, Heidi finds her path to yoga and aspires to promote yoga to help anyone with physical and mental distress.
Fortunate to meet two inspiring Ashtanga teachers when she moved back to Hong Kong, Heidi discovered her love in Ashtanga and began her daily Mysore practice with Nigel Marshall in Pure Yoga. Ever since, it becomes one of her motivation in life to share the joy of Ashtanga Yoga to the world.
Heidi likes to encourage students to explore and listen to their own bodies during their practice, promoting the mindfulness and spiritual aspect of yoga.
