How are you? How do you feel?

If you find these questions difficult or awkward to answer, you are not alone. We tend to spend our time busy working, playing, talking, doing, but we don’t spend enough time listening to our emotions.

In this tea time story-sharing session, Mental Health Ambassadors will share their mental health and emotional stories, invite the audience to explore our inner experience, and challenge the labels and presumptions society puts on us.

Join us in this event and let’s spend some time together on ourselves and our colourful emotions!

在這場下午故事分享活動中，心聆大使分享他們的精神健康和情緒故事，與觀眾探索我們的真實內在經歷，挑戰社會給我們的標籤和既有觀念。
