About this event
To celebrate the launch of the Asia's Most Influential: Tastemakers list in Hong Kong, Tatler Dining presents a series of pop-up events at Tatler Dining Kitchen, each showcasing the philosophy and work of various Tastemakers.
Join these leading women in F&B for a multi-course brunch featuring fresh, vibrant vegetarian flavours by Peggy Chan, beautiful homegrown produce from Jessica Fong of Common Farms, and organic Italian wines curated by Keti Mazzi of Certa to support Zero Foodprint, a soon-to-launch NGO spearheaded by Chan in Asia. Desserts by Jessica Chow of plant-based Bien Patisserie.
