Let's Meditate for Tai Po
Join us online everyday for 30-minutes of guided meditation to send peace to the community of Tai Po and Hong Kong.
In the 30 minutes sessions, you will:
- Learn simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and relax the body
- Experience guided meditations that bring you back to stillness
- Send peaceful, positive intentions to yourself, your loved ones, and the wider community
This session is open to all – whether you’ve never meditated before or you already have a practice. No prior experience is needed.
