Learn, Make & Taste The Art of Mala Sauce
Chef Dan is back by popular demand with a special Mala Sauce and Mapo Tofu Workshop!
Explore the art of Sichuan cuisine at this hands-on making and tasting experience - learn how to create Mala Sauce, and enjoy a special Mapo Tofu tasting demonstration with your fellow foodies.
Each participant will also take home one 200ml jar of their freshly made mala sauce.
