Event overview
The Final Assessment mock interview will be conducted by two experienced APC Assessors. You will experience an APC style interview, practice delivering your presentation and answer questions on your competencies, ethics and professional practice. The mock interview will also give you a unique opportunity to understand the actual interview process and receive feedback from experienced APC Assessors. The mock interview will be based on your Case Study and submitted documents, just as it is during the Final Assessment.
By the end of your mock interview, you will:
• Understand what is required from you at a Final Assessment interview
• Have an appreciation of the type of questions that may be asked during the interview
• Improve the format and delivery of your presentation
The interviews are available to APC Trainee Members only, and preference will be given to referred candidates and who take APC final assessment interview in Hong Kong. The dates of the mock interview will be arranged with individual applicants. Each mock interview will last for 45 minutes with the following breakdown:
• First 5 minutes: Candidate delivers their presentation
• The next 30 minutes: Mock questions from assessors
• The last 10 minutes: Feedback from assessors
