About the speakers

Shalini Bindal is a Transformational Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation. Through her coaching and deep listening, she helps her clients gain new perspectives in career, relationships, and personal growth. She is also a trainer and facilitator and founder of Kaleidoscope Workshops. Designing and delivering training programs is her forte. She made her big career shift into coaching individuals and groups after 12 years of Corporate experience in Training and Talent Management.

Liane Siu Slaughter is a Hong Kong-based science content creator, consultant, coach, and community builder. She holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from Rice University in the USA and worked as a research scientist for many years in nanotechnology and biotechnology. At the end of 2019, she left her post as a research assistant professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and began a big career change. In 2020, she founded Clear Water Science Consulting and since then, has combined her curiosity and love of learning to help people recognize the unique value they can offer from the interests, skills, personalities, and life experiences and how they might apply that to meaningful and enjoyable work. She also leads the Hong Kong Chapter of GBO, a global network of business owners and entrepreneurial-minded people.
