What's working and what isn't; the underlying themes; where we tend to run into walls and get stuck; how can we gain more traction (together)?
The principles of Logosynthesis, why it is so effective, case examples, solutions Logosynthesis can offer [on its own and to enhance existing initiatives].
Examples of what I observe
The movement towards agility and teal require that leaders let go and empower self-organization. Servant leadership requires a shift in mindset. Understanding and agreeing with these ideas intellectually is one thing, but when it comes to action and behavior, people struggle with loss of control and power. This is where Logosynthesis has proven to be effective in going beyond the cognitive.
Resilience and mental well-being initiatives in organizations increasingly address the topic of mental health (also but not only due to covid) by training internal coaches and volunteers in mindfulness and similar. Logosynthesis offers a powerful addition by releasing root patterns and causes, furthering awareness and self-regulation - keys to emotional intelligence.
There is increasing recognition that self and personal development are central to leadership development – but what does this really mean? Many coaching and leadership programs initiate great insight, dialogue and self-discovery - and then stop there.

This event is intended as a mini-workshop. I will share my experience, ideas, frameworks, invite an open dialogue for questions and answers as well as to explore further options and opportunities in advancing these trends.

My take and invitation
I do not believe in one-solution-fits-all - on the contrary, I believe multi-pronged approaches are necessary, on individual and systemic levels. I see Logosynthesis as a huge opportunity - it has yet to hit mainstream, is simply one of the most effective and comprehensive methods around, and equips awareness-based coaches and practitioners in going beyond with confidence - for themselves and their clients. Simple and highly sophisticated at the same time.
Whether or not you are interested in exploring Logosynthesis as an approach to add to your portfolio, I look forward to a stimulating exchange around a topic close to not only my heart but the hearts of many: The world is in need of more conscious leadership and organizations - however we get there.
