Global Wellness Day will be celebrated around the world in June. In recognition of the importance of living well, join us this month to learn about what it means to Live Well and Be Well! There will be fun, there will be physical activity, and there will be workshop exercises and discussions!
Event Agenda on 11 June
We're going to be talking about nutrition! How do we eat to fuel our bodies and minds based on our habits and activity levels?
You'll hear from Anita Yiu, General Manager at ATP Fitness, and afterwards, there'll be some mini exercises to get you thinking about your macronutrients and healthier eating according to your needs. End the day with a session of kickboxing where you'll sweat it out with professional fighter Natalie Sin.
Ticket Price: $270
When you purchase a ticket, you will gain admission to the event.
All ticket holders will receive one goodie bag comprising items from Lululemon and ATP Fitness.
Proceeds of the ticket will be used to support the launch of Women In Sports Empowered Hong Kong (WISE) 2nd cohort of S.H.E Mentoring Program in 2022. This is a 6-session long program designed to empower young adult women through sports. Mentees are paired 1:1 with mentors, and together they will explore topics such as mental wellbeing, nutrition, and career development, with the intention of demonstrating how it and ongoing participation in it, can benefit mentees in all aspects of their lives.

- All participants must have had at least three vaccine doses to enter the premises.

What is "Wellness?"
As a broad concept, wellness is an active process by which we become aware of, and make choices towards achieving a more successful and fulfilling life. It refers to a state of being where individuals are able to do what they want to do in life without chronic suffering. It encompasses dimensions such as Physical, Social, Emotional, Occupational, Spiritual, Intellectual, and even Cultural and Environmental. Wellness is supported through habits such as eating, physical activity and sleep that lead to positive health outcomes.
