Legal Advice Startups Wish They Knew Earlier (Co-founding Agreements, Share Vesting Terms, & More)
About this event
Second in our series of Ooosh Tech Lab AMA’s, we will be featuring Cermain Cheung and Phyllis Wong, corporate lawyers at Oldham, Li & Nie, to share advice for entrepreneurs based on their combined experience working with startups, venture capital, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.
During this session, we will cover how to structure healthy co-founding agreements, share vesting terms, and other startup legal matters related to patents, data handling, and customer contracts.
We’ll begin with a fireside chat, and open up the floor for questions.
