Leadership Journey Series: Kevin Bailey

Kevin Bailey recently started his new role as President of VF's Asia-Pacific Region, succeeding Aidan O’Meara. Prior to this, Bailey served as President of VF's Action Sports and Outdoor/Action Sports, Canada, Mexico and Central/South America businesses. He was also responsible for the Vans®, Eagle Creek® and Reef® brands. He previously served as President of Vans® from 2009 - 2016, during which time revenue for the brand more than doubled to $2.2 billion. Bailey started his VF career at Vans® as Vice President of Retail, a role he was in when Vans® was acquired by VF in 2004. With over 25 years of brand leadership and retail experience, 13 have been with VF.
