What do I gain from this Workshop?

A chance to enter the Part II Pitching event to land real deals. Not just learning from the Korean Director and Producer the secrets of successful story creation, but how to package any pitch well the trending way. This workshop helps you to prepare your pitch.

How is my work judged?

Your short will be 'blind judged' by a panel which is formed by our speakers and field professionals focus on story creativity. Judging standards and details will be announced at the Workshop.

Who do I pitch to?

Part 1 video helps us grade your work. After Part II Workshop, you are invited to pitch for either track: 1) Short Series Track for platforms (Possible invitees are: WeTV, iQIYI, Netflix and 2) Corporate Track to build their brand story. Details to follow at Part I Workshop.

How do I submit my video?

The 1-3 mins video submission by 30 July after Part I Workshop. We will blind judge your work & allow you to resubmit if adjustment is needed. Note: Your video submission gives you the entry right to Part II Workshop to participate for the pitch.

Why are there Part I and Part II Workshop ?

Part I focus on "How Korean generate story ideas & package them". It is beneficial to those who wish to upgrade their skill & pitch entry. Part II is a session where platforms and corporations will be sharing on market trend and their expectation with open projects to be pitched.

When is Part II Workshop taking place?

We are in the process of gathering corporate and platforms participation. Target next quarter. Exact details to be confirmed.
