Nicole Tanner
Doctor. Influencer. Third place in a beauty pageant. How can this comedian be any more perfect?
Nicole has never been on Comedy Central, but she is pretty funny. Nicole often uses comedy in the hospital to cheer up her patients (obviously while saving their lives). She has garnered over 32,000 followers on her Instagram page, which is filled with fun-loving comedic videos.
Prior to comedy, she has taken the big stage as an emcee for the past 9 years. Nicole previously hosted large ceremonies and medical conferences, and now makes inappropriate jokes in basements.
Dannie Aildasani
Dannie Aildasani first stepped on stage nearly 10 years ago. She co-founded Bitches in Stitches, Hong Kong's first all-female comedy group, and was named one of Time Out's "5 comedians defining stand-up in Hong Kong". When she's not performing she can be found making taxidermy vegetables and teaching her cat how to tap dance.
Cassi FM
Cassi FM chooses not to use her real last name because her family are already ashamed of her enough Born and raised a Hong Kong "gwai mui", Cassi's number one interest in life is a bar in Lan Kwai Fong called Stormies. Other interests include ranting to people on a range of issues that that pretty much always fall on deaf ears such as: Hong Kong politics, feminism and the correct way to eat hairy crab. She can be seen around town performing stand up comedy or on one of her hit web shows, You Can't Sit With Us or Excuse My English and is usually being mobbed by a crowd of adoring fans.
In her spare time, Cassi enjoys making memes about english teachers on the internet. Cassi is a Hong Kong local though you wouldn't be able to tell it looking at her face and ability to wield an umbrella without poking out someones eyes. Her comedy style has been reviewed in quotes such as "abrasive" and "i wasn't aware there was even a show going on" and "that girl seemed really sad".
Abigail Tsao
Abigail's international sense of comedy comes from her experience living all over Asia. Growing up in Bangladesh before heading to India and back to Hong Kong while also spending 6 years at a British boarding in the mountains.
Nina McGrath
Nina is the sweetheart of Hong Kong comedy. Coming to you fresh from a first date, a ghosting or a chat gone awry, Nina's humorous twist on modern dating makes singles feel seen and couples cling to each other in relief.
Often unobserved and always attentive, Nina finds the funny in everyday experiences. Whether you are catching a taxi, riding in an elevator or ordering coffee, Nina will open your eyes to the amusement all around you.
