WHAT IS TSOUREKI?
Tsoureki is a Greek Easter bread that is soft, fluffy, with a stringy texture. Greek Easter bread has a full and rich flavor that comes from the two aromatic spices used in it. "Mastic" and "mahlab". If you do get a chance to find the Greek exotic spices, we do recommend you try the traditional recipe with these spices ( and we will share the recipe too!)
In this class, we will share the traditional recipe with a twist with some ingredients that you can find in your local stores so that you can bake a beautiful Tsoureki at home.
