Healthy and fun treats for Mid-Autumn Festival!

Join our colorful and healthy mooncake-making class to make vegan, gluten free and LOW-SUGAR mooncakes for this season!

We will be using gluten-free, vegan ingredients, and Raw Earth All Natural Sweetener (Erythritol, Steviol & Monk Fruit Extract) as a sweetener in class.

For healthy fats, we will be using Coconut Matter Free Odorless Coconut Oil so the cake does not turn out all coco-nutty!

Let's enjoy this beautiful festival without compromising with health nor flavor!

*This will be a hands-on class. You will be mixing, shaping and baking the mooncakes - Please bring your apron!

- How to use coconut oil in baking to replace the nasty ingredient's

- Natural sugar replacements and "Why" we need to reduce sugar from our diet

Children under the age of 7 must attend with either a parent of a caregiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation request is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.
