而適逢北半球冬至後、格里曆新年後及中國農曆新年前檔期，來賓更可品嚐東亞及非洲各地至北半球冬至／南半球夏至／新年應節食品。

【 Rescheduled to 2022-01-12! 】 Kowloon Chess Club × Africa Center Hong Kong would co-hold the 6th ‘Joint Chess Night: Winter solstice + Gregorian Calendar new year + pre-Chinese new year special version’ on 2022-01-12 evening. There would have traditional African board games which are rarely found in Hong Kong local.

Coinciding with the post-winter solstice in the northern hemisphere, post-Gregorian Calendar new year and pre-Chinese new year, guests can also taste the winter solstice (for northern hemisphere) / summer solstice (for southern hemisphere) / new year food from east Asia and pan-Africa.
