Abstract

Presentation will be two parts.  Part 1: A quick Cyber Security landscape update.

Part two will be more on GDPR: As companies become increasingly digitally transformed, there is an urgent need to get to grips with data protection. And, with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the horizon, it is particularly timely for companies to address how their customers’ personal information is secured and used.

With the deadline for this compliance law taking effect on 25 May 2018, GDPR is a big opportunity for companies to accelerate digital transformation by building on the foundation and digital process for data governance with the latest technologies to provide customers and regulators with privacy assurance.  Learn how Microsoft has helped some of the largest multinational companies in the world with their GDPR compliance journey, and how this relates to you and your customers.  Join in an interactive open discussion session and engage in an expert sharing session. [Note: This discussion will be more technologically focused and not on the specific laws and regulations]
