Prior to that, he was the Asia Pacific HR Director for Juniper Networks, overseeing the growth of the Asia PAcific office from 100 to over 3,000 employees. Charles holds a Bachelors Degree in Administrative Studies, Post-Graduate Diploma in Asia Pacific Management Studies and MBA from the Kellogg – HKUST MBA program.

Grace Ma - Senior Associate Director, People & Performance, Asia at Colliers International

Based in Hong Kong, Grace plays an instrumental role in championing strategic people initiatives across Colliers' Asia offices to drive performance. Grace holds a MBA degree from HKUST with 20 years of corporate and consulting experience across industries in greater China.

Max Armbruster - CEO of Talkpush / Country Director, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan of Rolling Arrays

Max is the Founder and CEO of Talkpush, a recruitment software company specialized in automation for volume hiring. Max also leads Rolling Arrays commercial engagements in Hong Kong. A serial entrepreneur, having co-founded and exited three companies before Talkpush, including Aqayo, an Applicant Tracking Software company, Max has also worked in strategic corporate roles across three different continents, including at enterprise software leader SAP, management consulting firm AT Kearney and online tech media company CNET Networks.

Colette Leung - Principal Consultant of Rolling Arrays

Colette works with companies to redesign and automate HR pocesses, from recruiting to talent management, to compensation and learning. She manages the pre-sales and solution sales for the region, aligning customer objectives against the approach, timelines and feasibility in any HR tech solution offerings. Prior to joining Rolling Arrays, she was a consultant at Willis Towers Watson, specializing in talent and rewards service delivery.
