Wellness in Lee Gardens

利園區運動健康生活體驗

Lee Gardens Association and IRIS are joining together to present Wellness in Lee Gardens! In the heart of Causeway Bay, revel in wellness and connect with like-minded enthusiasts through a vast array of fitness experiences.

Our wellness programme is designed to help you destress and regain positive vibes. In the coming 5 weeks, over 14 yoga and fitness classes, mindful experiences and workshops will be held by our wellness instructors and experts from the Lee Gardens community and wellness industry in Hong Kong.

Come sweat and be part of a rejuvenating experience for your mind, body and soul!

Each participant will receive a towel and a set of Aveda Hair Care Experience Kit!

Don't forget to bring your water bottle and own yoga mat (for yoga classes).

Muay Thai or literally Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It is also known as, “the art of eight limbs.” This refers to the eight points of contact used including the fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Understanding Anxiety and Panic Attacks - by Talking Mental

When it comes to physical health we are all used to talking openly. Physical health is tangible, you can see and feel the pain of an injury, and you know exactly how to describe what’s wrong.

With mental health, everything is in reverse. It's something you can't see so it becomes hard to describe and understand. Combined with that you feel completely lost with where to go as anyone else you talk to doesn't have any answers either. This is what makes it extremely lonely and also why it is so important to be open and get educated. Once you understand what is going on, it makes these issues a lot less daunting and the light at the end of the tunnel shines brighter than you could have imagined.

Talking Mental Founder and Host Aaron Stalin-Robbie sits down with an expert in the field of mental health in an attempt to figure out the whats, whys and ways to help himself and others make sense of anxiety and panic attacks.
