Overseas investment has become a hot topic in recent years. Malaysia, having a pleasant climate, has became one of the favourite location for many Hong Kong people to immigrate to or invest in their property market. Recently, the Malaysian government has been promoting infrastructure development, which boosts the potential of local properties and attracts many foreign investors. This seminar will explore the property market in Malaysia, the potential and risks of home ownership, and introduce the “Forest City”, a smart eco-city developed by Country Garden with a total investment of US$100 billion.

Mr Wong has over 22 years of experiences in the real estate industry and has a deep understanding of property investment and professional knowledge on both local and overseas real estate property market. Since joining Country Garden in 2017, Mr Wong has been devoted in the Forest City project in Malaysia, he has extensive knowledge on overseas investment as well as the Malaysia real estate market.
