Embark on an upside-down journey with Victor Chau through a daily guided morning practice of various forms of inversions. You will learn how to use your body intelligently to ignite your core strength and open up your shoulders, hips and hamstrings - all of which are crucial to a successful and graceful inversion practice.

You will learn essential techniques that keep challenging and inspiring your regular practice after the Immersion. You will learn how to conquer your fear of falling down by learning how to fall down safely. You will learn how to say yes before you say no to challenges. Ultimately, you will become a stronger and more confident person through this Inversion Immersion journey. This workshop is suitable to anyone with a consistent yoga practice or who exercises regularly

5-Day Workshop:

Day 1 (Apr 20) - Core strengthening and Shoulder opening

Day 2 (Apr 21) - Headstand basics and its variations

Day 3 (Apr 22) - Handstand Part 1 (Using the wall)

Day 4 (Apr 23) - Handstand Part 2 (Using a partner, no wall)

Day 5 (Apr 24) - Forearm stand and its variations, followed by a group breakfast with the instructor Victor Chau

Inversion Immersion is suitable to anyone with a consistent yoga practice or who exercises regularly. This workshop complies with Yoga Alliance (USA) for 15 hours, and can be counted towards a 200-hour teacher training programme with Victor Chau Yoga.

是次工作坊著重基本功，你將學習面對克服跌倒的恐懼，並最終學習如何在人生中勇敢面對各種挑戰，以成為一個更強大丶自信的人。

工作坊時間表：4月20日至24日（星期一至五） 為期5天，7：30 am -9：45am

五天工作坊：

第一天（4月20日）-核心強化和肩膀開放

第2天（4月21日）-倒立底座基礎知識及其變化

第3天（4月22日）-倒立第1部分（使用牆壁）

第4天（4月23日）-倒立第2部分（與朋伴合作，無牆）

第5天（4月24日）-前臂站立及其變化，然後一起與講師Victor Chau用早餐

倒立訓練適合所有堅持進行瑜伽練習或經常鍛煉的人。 該訓練與美國瑜伽聯盟（Yoga Alliance）進行了15個小時的合作，並且可以計算作Victor Chau Yoga進行的200小時瑜伽導師培訓計劃。
