Introductory Talk about “Lead from Inside Out" (Mindfulness-Based Executive Coaching Programme)
When an ex-lawyer meets with an ex-Googler, they combine their passions and experiences and come up with a mindfulness-based executive coaching programme – <A HREF="http://luxenova.life/events/introductory-talk-about-lead-from-inside-out" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lead from Inside Out</A>.
Why? There is a surging demand for wellbeing enhancement, especially, in the steroid-driven corporate world. In the context of leadership development, mindfulness is a prerequisite leadership skill.
Stephanie (the ex-lawyer and executive coach) has enjoyed her corporate career and decided to change lane because she fell in love with executive coaching and leadership development. She has boldly stated that “when leaders take charge of their own wellbeing, they are in a powerful position to influence and enhance productivity and performance in their teams and the company.”
Sam (the ex-Googler and mindfulness-based coach) has enjoyed the best piece of apple pie offered by Google. While he worked as a program manager in government relations, he was exploring and growing his passion for mindfulness-based practices through Google’s in-house “Search Inside Yourself” programme. He is following the calling to spread the benefits to the others.
