About this Event

Master your form and technique in this 4-week fundamentals course which will equip you with everything you need to know to perfect your Xtend Barre workout. Xtend Barre combines elements of Pilates and dance to create a dynamic and safe workout. You will focus on a combination of movements that will lengthen, strengthen, sculpt and tone your body. Suitable for beginners and existing students looking to refine their technique in moves based on Pilates, ballet and dance fitness.

Schedule: 5 – 26 August, Wednesdays, 2:30 - 3:25 PM | Central

Workshop fee: HK$1,120 (4-week course)
