Xtend Barre combines elements of Pilates and dance to create a dynamic and safe workout. You will focus on a combination of movements that will lengthen, strengthen, sculpt and tone your body. Suitable for beginners and existing students looking to refine their technique in moves based on Pilates, ballet and dance fitness.
