About the speaker
Jian Liang lives his life through application of design thinking and an entrepreneurial mind set. At the age of 5, he was already hawking his second hand toys illegally at a public park, which grew into more projects in a pursuit to eventually start his own business. As he got exposed to entrepreneurship through the NUS Overseas Colleges programme, he has relentlessly sought to be engaged in the field.
Jian Liang has interned in startups; joined a Venture Capital firm; consulted for startups and has spoke, mentored and judged at conferences. His experiences span around the globe, from the US, Israel, China and back to Asia.
In 2015 Jian Liang founded Trabble, an eConcierge platform that provides you with the answers to all your travel questions in Singapore based on your preference and needs.
He strives to actively contribute back to the community, mentoring in the OrangeHive, numerous organisations and as part of the NUS Overseas Colleges Alumni Executive Committee. Jian Liang is also involved with Reactor Industries, a youth entrepreneurship programme that is cultivating the galaxy’s best young founders!
