Introduction to Kundalini: The Yoga of Awareness
Are you curious about Kundalini Yoga? Where does it come from? What are the main differences comparing to the other types of yoga? Why is it getting so popular, especially with women yogis?
Virginie Morel is hosting an introductory workshop on Kundalini Yoga in the morning of Saturday, 10 September. Come and join us for a 90-minute journey.
You will learn about:
- the history and basic philosophy of Kundalini yoga and demystify it; and
- some of the fantastic benefits, especially for women.
During the workshop, she will guide you to do a sweet little practice. That way, you get to feel in your body, mind and spirit as to what it is this school of yoga about. This will include some movements, breaths and meditation. There may be some chanting a few mantras.
After the session, you will find that this gentle practice helps to induce a deep sense of calm, clarity and focus.
Come as you are, no yoga experience or flexibility required. No lycra pants are needed, either! Just bring comfy clothes, an open heart and mind and your charming smile.
