Simon Lee, Regional Head, Business Analytics Advisory & Big Data, AXA Asia

Simon joined AXA Asia in 2016 as Regional Head, Business Analytic Advisory and Big Data. Hit main role is to transform the company into a superior data driven organization across AXA Asia.

He also published multiple papers in academic journals in machine learnings

Sandy LAU, Country Director Hong Kong, GoBear

Sandy has held a number of leadership roles in international banks and insurers including Standard Life, HSBC, Citibank and ANZ. Sandy is now heading up GoBear in Hong Kong - Asia’s first and only meta search engine for consumers to compare insurance and financial products. GoBear was founded based on the simple premise that a consumer should find freedom and ease when making financial decisions related to insurance, credit cards and loans.

Frank DESVIGNES, Chief Executive Officer, AXA Next Lab

Frank joined AXA in 2012 with 12 years of experience in helping banking and insurance industries leaders leverage digital to be more efficient.
After leading the digital transformation of AXA in our Mediterranean and Latin American regions he is now focused on connecting the Group with the fast growing and innovative startup ecosystem in Asia.

Bianca HO, Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer, Clare.AI

She is the co-founder and COO of Clare.AI. The company empower financial institutions to engage their customers in a natural and reliable way at-scale. They build white label AI digital assistants to help them provide a better customer experience. They differentiate by a proprietary Cantonese Natural Language Processing engine together with English and Simplified Chinese capabilities, ability to deploy on premise and cross platforms.

Jeremy leads Google's digitization efforts among the largest key regional insurance partners in Asia. In this role, Jeremy focuses on driving meaningful partnerships centered around customer acquisition, brand equity, digital acceleration, and innovation.

Serena is a high energy startup founder who would classify herself as a dream catcher. Her first venture is Ozmo (www.ozmo.io) which is an Internet of things device that helps people to stay hydrated and motivated.

Jeroen VAN DALEN, Chief Operating Officer, Boundlss
