Inside Flow

Music is the driving force behind Inside Flow. Inside Flow integrates yoga and dance, where the music creates the framework and the rhythm carries the flow of the class. In this class, you will move in sequences set to slow, fast, and upbeat songs selected from genres ranging from electro pop to hip hop to pop! Feel your body groove to the music, let go and flow to this evolution of Vinyasa Yoga!

About the instructor

Rebecca Wong, a lululemon ambassador and instructor at Flex Studio (located at Central and Wong Chuk Hang), has experience in dance choreography, yoga, pilates, AntiGravity® and is also the only instructor certified to teach Inside Flow in Hong Kong. Yoga changed her life after she used it for spiritual and physical benefits due to a knee injury at the age of 17. Apart from yoga, she loves to write, swim, hike and make pies.
